TERMS: Work Orders are a best estimate of labor and parts involved in repair work for a fixture. 50% Deposit required for all Services. Adjustment may apply based on unforeseen problems or additional parts or services discovered during disassembly & restoration process – additional costs beyond 15% unless nominal or Safety, would be discussed. Authorization discussions may be recorded for quality & customer service use. The fixture owner is responsible for fixture installation.
Final Payments over $200 are required by Cash or eTransfer (in advance).
For items left more than 30 days after notification of completion, a storage fee or disposal may apply to obtain balance owing. Items left for services remain the owners’ responsibility. While every effort is taken to protect and care for items being serviced, RC Lighting Restorations does not assume risk for damages or loss – i.e. an arm breaking during bent-arm repairs, glass cracking or shattering during hole drilling or structural repairs.
WARRANTY: 6-month for workmanship & electrical components replaced in the fixture during the repair process. Warranty is not applicable for bulbs, fuses, custom machining or decorative/structural joints repairs. Fixture owner is responsible for physical damages, misuse / alterations, environmental, electrical / storm damages, or structural damages unrelated to the repair or parts replacement activities, any of which occur after client has taken possession of the fixture.
